School just got sexier

(Margeaux Huille for L'imparfaite)

Over the years I've attended some pretty interesting school sponsored events but nothing could have prepared me for the university party I attended last night. Around 9:30 we were all gathered at Le Basile (our local student bar) for a cocktail party to fete the launch of Sciences Po's first erotic magazine L'imparfaite.

The magazine is terribly interesting, filled with expressive photographs and smart articles on everything from gay identity to the artistic merits of pornography. There is even an erotic true life story written by one of the school's most respected professors.

The entire publication was conceived and compiled by the students and it certainly shows. The magazine is the 2 dimensional embodiment of the Sciences Po student body: elite and sophisticated but secretly downright delicious and a little naughty.

It's a literary scholarly semi-pornographic masterpiece!

The McGill Daily just can't compare....

Swine flu be damned

It's the official beginning of my standard 4 day weekend.

I could tell you all about my wonderful and ridiculous Parisian life, the places I go, the things I do, and the people I see, but that would defeat the purpose wouldn't it? Read and try to imagine. This is my Paris report.
